My grandfather started Ballard Tire in the 1970s, and I’m proud to be the third generation in the field. As General Manager at Neal Tindol Tire, I pair generations’ worth of knowledge and experience with genuine empathy and care for every customer who walks through the door.
In 2011 I transformed my passion for technology into a professional IT career. Today I run Ballard Computer Services part-time—leveraging more than 15 years of real-world experience and coding as a hobbyist programmer to automate workflows and streamline processes for small businesses.
I’m also an AI enthusiast, continually exploring how machine-learning tools can create practical, real-world solutions—whether optimizing shop operations, generating marketing assets, or simplifying everyday tasks.
